Class Descriptions and Schedule
RestorativeYoga is a 55 minute class with 4 to 5 different postures. All
the poses are on the yoga mat while the body is supported with blankets, bolsters and eye pillows, while listening to guided imagery to fully relax. Restorative Yoga helps restore the autonomic nervous system for improved health, mood and wellness. When performed regularly, Restorative Yoga can help prevent chronic disease and reduce stress, anxiety and depression. This class is suitable for all members over 12 years of age.
Mixed Level Yoga is a 55 minute class with stretching, breathing and
guided relaxation, suitable for beginners to advanced. Sheryl has been teaching yoga since 1998 and offers various options for each yoga pose to ensure everyone feels comfortable, yet challenged enough to enjoy the class. Yoga helps decrease stress and improve health, as every pose stimulates hormone production and elimination to improve function of all organs. Yoga is a full body workout and members leave class feeling energetic and refreshed!
This class is suitable for all members over 12 years of age.
SPIN class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!
SilverSneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
Pilates class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. ... Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.

Small Group Training is a unique fitness offering from The Energy Club. You will Join certified personal trainers in a rogram designed to challenge, and gradually advance a specific fitness skill or goal. Small group training combines the social aspect of group fitness, with the accountability and progression of personal training. Enjoy more personalized instruction, with a group that is more intimate, and goal-oriented. This is a great option for those that are looking for an effective, high quality workout that is focused on skill development, motivation and enhanced fitness.
